Return and Refund Policy

Product Returns

  1. Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  2. Opened Products: If you're unsatisfied with our coffee, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your product arrives damaged or defective. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exceptions

  1. Sale items and personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
  2. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
