  • All coffees are roasted to order and packaged securely to ensure peak freshness and optimal condition upon arrival. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping but will gladly assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
